On Thursday we were lucky to take part in a workshop focusing on ‘Tomorrow’s Older People’.
We discussed what an ‘older’ person looks like, what they might do, who they have around them and what different emotions and experiences they might have.
Following this discussion, we had the opportunity to create our own caring homes for these people. Using the materials that we had collected, and materials provided by the workshop organisers (thanks Claire, Maria and Paulina!) we created our own model homes, including different caring features, such as a place to grow food and garden, a games and cinema room, and even a zone for animals!
