We have been enjoying lessons with our Sports Leaders from Woodfarm High School. Here we are working on our balances.

Primary 4 used the Virtual Reality Headsets to visit the Colosseum this week while learning about the Romans.

Children should continue with their Roman project homework this week.  This is due in by next Monday 26th.

In addition there are two 10 minute grammar activities in the class homework page of Education City to complete.  There are worksheets available for anyone with access problems.

Children should spend 2 x 10 minute sessions on Sumdog this week.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their help and support over the past two terms.  I am really going to miss Braidbar Primary but I am sure all the children will continue to work hard for their new teacher, and make excellent progress. (I will be checking up!!!!!)

Homework W/b 4^th December 2017

Dear Parent/Carer,

Physical Education is a very important part of your child’s Health and Wellbeing. This week your child’s homework focusses on this part of the school curriculum. Your child will be given a sheet home today, along with a description of the many benefits that an active lifestyle has, asking them to complete two tasks.

The first task is to simply colour/highlight any of the afterschool clubs that Braidbar Primary has put on offer this school year.

The second task asks each pupil to complete a Physical Activity diary for the upcoming week. This can include Braidbar Primary clubs that the pupil attends, clubs that each pupil attends out with the school environment or any physical tasks that the pupil decides to do her/himself.

Thank you for your continuing help and support in this area.
