Aim
At Barrhead High we ensure our learners are successful, confident, exercise responsibility and contribute to the life of the school and our wider community as global citizens.
We provide young people with a wide range of leadership and wellbeing opportunities. The opportunities help young people to identify and develop their personal skills and qualities which ultimately prepare them for life beyond school.

Extra curricular clubs
As a school we offer a wide range of extra curricular clubs to ensure well-being is at the heart of our school ethos.
Taking part in extra curricular clubs also helps young people to make new friends. It is encouraging to see the confidence and talents of our young people grow through their participation in extra curricular clubs.
In September, we organise a Fresher’s Fayre to encourage learners to sign up for clubs for the year. Below is a list of extracurricular clubs available to our young people this session.
