The national situation continues to change at a significant rate. The Scottish Government have now amended last Thursday’s guidance to say that no pupils now should be coming into any school to catch-up on SQA coursework.

As a result there will be no SQA work taking place in Barrhead High School and any pupils who were contacted last week to complete assignments, etc, should now stay away from school.

The only pupils still coming into the buildings now will be some children of Key Workers as already arranged and some pupils identified as benefitting from having in-school educational provision. All of these will have been individually contacted and no other pupil should come into school until further notice.

My apologies for a further change but this is an indication of the  seriousness of the situation and we should all be working hard at following the health guidelines issued by the Government.
