Every school and early learning and childcare centre has a plan to help them reflect and continuously improve. Each establishment will report on this annually. In Arthurlie, self evaluation is a constant process, through which the staff, parents/carers and children identify the priorities for improvement by reflecting and monitoring the provision and evaluating the outcomes.
