Please find attached copies of new HENRY courses that will be running in Neilston and Barrhead, starting in November. The Neilston course will run for 8 weeks, with the aim that people will come to as many of the sessions as they can. Feedback from the same course currently running in Barrhead includes people making friends, managing along when they have never sustained attending groups before and feeling more confident after week 1.  The Barrhead workshops are stand alone sessions and people can attend as many or as few as they like.
