The rest of us visited Waterstone’s today. We really enjoyed finding, sorting and reading books!

Half of us visited Waterstone’s this morning. We had lots of fun learning about how the shop works and reading some books.

Today we changed our role play corner to a coffee shop. Alexandra, Aaron, Rowan, Sali, Anna and Keira wanted to help organise and make things for the coffee shop. They came up with a name, decided on special offers and opening/closing times. They also organised the items they needed like paper cups, a till, money, etc. Well done! It looks great.

We had lots of fun visiting the library. We read a few books and all took one away to take home.  

Please bring them back in 2 weeks so we can return them and take a new book. A letter will go out explaining this.

Today we have been learning about different types of punctuation. We worked in teams to select the correct punctuation for each sentence.

The boys got stuck straight into the construction area again and made a city using Jenga blocks.
