We have been using natural resources to build 2D and 3D Inukshuks.
“I preferred building the 3D because its not lying down. I had to build the stones on top of each other, which was harder. It was important to choose the right stones to balance” Sean
“We build 2D Inukshuks because we thought it would be easier as it would take less time. We didn’t need to try and find the right stones to balance on each other. We could challenge ourselves next time to build a 3D one” Emma Ormsby
“The honeymoon suite is for the couple who got married in the Eglinton Arms. We got to hear about all the different jobs at a hotel. I liked all the jobs and I never knew there was small wedding room in the hotel” Aimen

Eilidh Mackie- “We read a book called Silly Billy. He worried about lots of things so in the story he made worry dolls to help.”
Alex: ” My favourite bit was when he worried about hats because to me hats are really not that scary.”
Harry Rissmann “It was funny when he was scared of clowns, shoes and rain but we have to remember that everyone is scared of different things.”

I am becoming aware of how cleanliness, hygiene and safety can affect health and wellbeing and I apply this knowledge in my everyday routines such as taking care of my teeth.
P2.3 have been learning how to clean their teeth properly. They brush their teeth on a daily basis after lunch following the steps provided. The children can identify the importance oral hygiene.
