Information on what the different meals include

Morning Snack

• Snack is open during the morning session.
• Fresh fruit or vegetables and milk or water are on offer.

Lunch

• Lunch is served 11:45am – 12:15pm.
• Water is available for the children during lunch.
• The children are encouraged to self select their own lunch from the serving dishes, with some guidance and supervision from the staff member at their table.
• There is an information slip with “What we have ate today” to inform you of what lunch option your child picked. This is on the pin board/window.

Afternoon Snack

• Afternoon snack is open during the afternoon session
• Fresh fruit or vegetables and milk or water are on offer.

Dinner

• High Tea is served at 3:45pm – 4:15pm.
• This is a light bite to keep the children going until dinner time at home.
