Dear Pupils and Parents/Carers,
Our directory of classes for online learning is now live and reflects the new timetable which starts on Monday. Please note:
- Where the same teacher has more than one class in a particular year, the directory shows period timings so that young people can check their own timetable against the directory to understand which class they belong to
- Some departments are delivering courses online by subject or level, rather than class by class
- For example, all pupils studying French in S3 are with one teacher online, rather than with their class teacher
- Some online Teams and Google Classrooms are the same as they were previously, and as such pupils are already enrolled in the correct section. This will show as auto-enrolled
- Pupils may be invited to join Teams and Classrooms via email, and responding to the invitation prevents the need to use codes
- Codes only need entered once, after pupils successfully join they no longer need to use codes
Please try to join the relevant Teams or Google Classrooms as soon as you can.
In addition, we encourage all pupils to make use of the planners on our website to act as a reminder of the platform in use for their different classes. Planners can be accessed here:
