International Week
We celebrated different countries and cultures that were relevant to the families within our centre. This was a great success due to the involvement from our families bringing in different things relating to the countries each day, which allowed us to create a hands on display.
Monday- we had a French day, Katherine’s mum taught us some words and phrases and we had croissants and crusty bread for snack
Tuesday- We celebrated all things Scottish, tasting haggis, neaps and tatties and tried out some Scottish dancing
Wednesday- We learned all about Italy and made our own Pizzas at snack
Thursday- Ghana, we tried on some traditional costumes and played special instruments
Friday- We made some Polish head dresses and had a variety of polish food and drinks for snack
