The children, parents & carers have had a great time at our fun with food workshops over the last few weeks! 🙂
We have been very busy making Vegetable trains as well as banana dogs & caterpillars!
The children have really enjoyed the experience of exploring different fruits and vegetables and have been demonstrating great fine motor and creative skills! 🙂

The children have recently been enjoying Rhythm time sessions with Helen 🙂
We have been investigating the sounds of different instruments, joining in with song time and had fun dancing to the rhythm of the music.

The children have been participating in Dance sessions with Miss Katie from Kilmarnock school of dance!
We have had lots of fun dancing with Melody bear, exploring the dancing ribbons & scarves and learning how to move our bodies to the music 🙂

Some of the children in the green group enjoyed a visit to the local care home.
They participated in physical activities, played skittles and explored gloop.
They had a delicious snack with the residents.

We have been very busy developing our gross and fine motor skills when using a wide variety of tools.

This session we have focused on numeracy development, exploring number rhymes, stories, making our own rhyme puppets and have had lots of fun exploring some small world characters!

We have been super busy today! Looking for muddy puddles, taking part in a scavenger hunt, splashing in the river, painting trees with mud and going on a bear hunt!

Today we had our second visit to Whatriggs Primary school to join in with the Primary 6 play makers session!
The children had a great time joining in with a variety of different sports games in the gym hall.
