The children of the purple group had a fantastic time at the woods yesterday afternoon 🙂

The children were building on their numeracy skills by measuring around the trees, and used natural materials to build their own houses.

The children also enjoyed playing hide & seek and using their imaginations by pretending to be fire fighters and police officers 🙂

We finished the session by enjoying  the story of  ‘Conkers, Bonkers’

The purple group have really enjoyed their woodland visits over the last 3 weeks 🙂

A big well done to all of this weeks stars!

The children of the purple group enjoyed their 2nd visit to Caprington Woods this week 🙂

We all  had a fantastic time exploring our local woodland area!

We were very busy collecting large sticks, practicing our balancing skills on fallen branches and tree trucks, and had lots of fun making a tree swing for everyone to enjoy 🙂

Look how much fun we all had! 🙂

We are all looking forward to going again next week!

The children of the purple group had a fantastic time at Caprington woods yesterday 🙂

We were very busy investigating the woodland area, counting & collecting fir cones, looking at the different types of trees and their leaves, and had fun seeing how far we could crawl along the fallen tree 🙂

We cant wait to go back again next week!

A huge welcome to the new children of the Blue and Red groups, who started for their 1st hour session today! 🙂

The children had lots of fun exploring the play dough, painting pictures, investigating the home corner and enjoyed playing in the outdoor area 🙂
