The children have had a fantastic day today, joining in with a wide variety of Halloween experiences!

The children of the orange group had a great time at Caprington woods yesterday!
We all enjoyed splashing in muddy puddles, catching raindrops and investigated all the different sounds that we could hear in the woods 🙂
We can’t wait to go back again next week! 🙂

The children of the purple group had a fantastic time at the woods yesterday afternoon 🙂
The children were building on their numeracy skills by measuring around the trees, and used natural materials to build their own houses.
The children also enjoyed playing hide & seek and using their imaginations by pretending to be fire fighters and police officers 🙂
We finished the session by enjoying the story of ‘Conkers, Bonkers’
The purple group have really enjoyed their woodland visits over the last 3 weeks 🙂

We all had a fantastic time exploring our local woodland area!
We were very busy collecting large sticks, practicing our balancing skills on fallen branches and tree trucks, and had lots of fun making a tree swing for everyone to enjoy 🙂
