Our homework focus for week 1 is to begin working on our Big Talks. For this Big Talk, pupils have been given the following topic –
You can choose any famous person to spend an entire day with. Who would you choose and why? You are in charge of planning the entire day, what will you plan to do?
Below is a list of some prompts pupils can use to support their Big Talk preparation:
- Who is your famous person?
- Why have you chosen this person? What makes them special to you?
- Where are you going to spend your day? Make sure that your plans are relevant to where your location is. For example – if your day is taking place in Glasgow make sure each activity can be done in Glasgow.
- How will you break up your day? Morning/afternoon/evening? By activity? By location?
- Why have you chosen your activities?
