Daily Maths Starter: Handshakes

Here was today’s starter…
‘If all the pupils in this room shook hands with each other, how many handshakes would there be altogether?’
There was 10 people here today. Can you work out the answer?
We guessed then checked our answer by trying it out and shaking hands with each other.

 

 

The answer was 90. Did you get it correct?

Bonfire Well-being Walk

On Friday we enjoyed a special treat during our well-being walk. Some of our families joined us for hot chocolate and sโ€™mores, complete with toasted marshmallows. Check it out ๐Ÿ‘‡

Knights and Castles ๐Ÿ‘‘ ๐Ÿฐ

Last week Primary 4/5/6/7 enjoyed a visit to the Dick Institute in Kilmarnock. We took part in some drama activities and then had a tour round the museum to see the collection they are currently holding whilst Dean Castle is restored. Hereโ€™s a few snippetsโ€ฆ
