Homework

Pupils were given times tables homework today which will run for the next four weeks. All pupils were given a jotter, homework grid and a times tables poster (see below).

Pupils should choose a times table to focus on each week that they feel they need to work on, and complete as many tasks as possible from the grid.

By the end of Primary 4 pupils should know the 1 to 10 times tables and be able to recall multiplication facts with speed and accuracy. This knowledge will help to support them in other aspects of maths. Lots of practise committing times tables to memory will be our focus this session.

I can’t wait to see the improvements everyone makes.

Good luck and have fun.
