As part of our topic on Scotland the children in P1C have been learning the poem ‘The Heron’ by J K Annand. Mrs Campbell is absolutely amazed and delighted that every single child has learned all the words of the poem and is keen to perform in front of the class. A first in her teaching career! There will be a competition to select a winner which will be very difficult for the judges as Mrs Campbell thinks they all deserve to  be winners. Well done to P1C and thanks to their parents who have helped learn the words at home. What an enthusiastic class!
