☔️Today is going to be another wet and cold day, so why not try to focus on one of the activities from Mrs McLaughland’s suggestions for mental health week- on the school blog?
I’m going to choose this one:
🎶Dance to music🎶 – How do you feel?
- Do you feel like dancing to fast or slow music?
- Can you find music you want to stamp your feet to if you are angry or jump up and down to if you are happy?
My little girl likes to do Just Dance and always chooses the song Timber to dance to. Maybe you could give that a try?
