Our first flexible learning space is just outside the classroom itself and will be excellent for group working opportunities and working with an adult at our teaching table.  This also looks out on to the courtyard outdoor space.

 

The courtyard space will be excellent to take our learning in Clas 1 outdoors!   There are some picnic benches and games already and we will be able to play with water and sand outdoors.  As well as taking Literacy and Numeracy activities in the outdoors.

Our flexible learning space upstairs has a shared library area with an excellent selection of Gaelic books.  Clas 1 will be able to take books from here to enjoy in their classroom or enjoy in the quiet reading corner! There are also opportunities to do art activities upstairs and ICT using our new touchscreen laptops and tablets.
