P7 Remembrance

P7 pupils created their own 3D poppies as part of their Transition Topic- Armistice Day. Pupils showed their respects by each laying a poppy at the soldier’s feet. Owen Thomas (P7M) then read out a poem to commemorate those who lost their lives in the war.

At the end of the reading P7 had an opportunity to reflect on one aspect of Onthank that they are grateful for.

P7 had a fantastic experience at the Science Centre testing both their mental and physical ability. The highlight of the day was a visit to the IMAX cinema to see the V.B.T. (Very Big Telescope) in action.
