I ‘sense’ a clever wee bunch of Primary 2s

P2S have had a great time exploring their 5 senses. They tasted, smelled and touched various foods and objects. There was a lot of smiles and some wee ‘sour’ faces too 🤣. They were really blown away when they realised their senses weren’t always accurate! Finally, they wrote INCREDIBLE recounts about what that had learned, and what they did. Another AMAZING job from the wee ‘A-Team!’ 😉

“Clever Cookies”

P2S have had lots of fun  using their super sleuth skills to make clever inferences., spotting clues and making smart guesses, just like real detectives! Who knew learning could be so much fun? Well done boys and girls 🔎

A MASSIVE THANK YOU!

Thank you all so much for your extremely kind gifts, they were all so very thoughtful and very much appreciated.

Your children make our class a very magical place to be. I’m wishing you all a very merry Christmas and the best wishes for 2026.

Warmest wishes,

Aynsley. 🎄

My little elves have worked their wee socks off this week making special Christmas gifts for their loved ones. I know you’ll be as proud as I am of their skills. I also thought you’d all love to see our elves partying on the last day of school.

P2S did their second visit to Hamilton Gardens. They shared their Xmas stories, sang some songs and even did some highland dancing. The residents had a lovely time and the children helped spread Xmas cheer with their big hugs. I’m so proud of you all boys and girls, you’re all an absolute credit to our school. ❤️

P2S did their first visit to Hamilton Gardens where they sang Christmas songs, read a story and shared their Christmas joy with some of the residents. It was a lovely afternoon for all and highlighted the importance of really being part of our community. Very proud of my little people. 💕🎄
