P6 Well-being Champions Training

Primary 6 had their very first Well-being Champions training this week. The pupils learned all about the important roles and responsibilities of a Well-being Champion, and how they can support others in school.
As part of the session, they also took part in some chill yoga activities. Not only was it great fun, but it also gave everyone a chance to relax and focus, which is fantastic for both the body and the brain!

P6 had lots of fun taking part in the Rainbow Run!

Take a look at our before and after.
