Thank you to everyone who came along to our French Café. It was fantastic to see so many people there, and the event was a huge success. The support from families and friends meant a lot to the class and helped make the afternoon really special.

The children have been brilliant in their French learning this term. They have worked incredibly hard learning about France and practising popular café phrases so they could confidently order food and drinks.

At the café, the children had the chance to showcase some of the work they have been doing during the topic. Visitors were able to see the K’Nex challenges we completed, the artwork we created, and the menus and quizzes the children designed using Microsoft. It was great for the pupils to share and explain their learning.

This topic definitely grew arms and legs as the weeks went on, with more and more ideas being added along the way. However, the enthusiasm from the children was fantastic throughout, and they were very proud to share their work.

Thank you again to everyone who came along and supported the class. It made the experience even more memorable for the children. 😊
