SLC1a- Winnie Pooh Day

In SLC1a we had lots of fun taking part in activities linked to bears and teddy bears picnic.  We made sandwiches for our own picnic, wrote about our favourite teddy and had a show and tell of our teddy bears.  Click on the link to have a look at our photos.

‘Winnie the Pooh Day’ in SLC3b

Winnie the Pooh Day is held every year on the 18th January. This is because it is the birthday of A.A Milne, the creator of the Pooh Bear stories.

To honour the day, SLC3b participated in activities with a focus on Winnie the Pooh. These included stories and following a step by step instruction to draw the special bear.  We even played Winnie the Pooh’s favourite game of ‘Pooh Sticks’.

Take a look at our photographs to see the fun we had!
