Kilmarnock Academy

On Tuesday 3rd October Dumfries House hosted the Girls Into Engineering Event where Kilmarnock Academy took four S3 girls who were runners up in the group competition.  Well Done!

S6 – Jack Warnock, Lewis Johnstone and Craig Thorburn

Pupils on Friday 29th September took to the polling booths within school to vote for the pupil they wanted to represent their year within the Pupils Forum.  Results will be announced on Monday 2nd October.

Well done to Euan, Callan, Taylor and Ewan who competed in the Enterprising Maths Challenge at Loudoun Academy on Wednesday 27th September 2017.

Well Done to Isla Raeburn who won silver in the 2nd year girls race at the East Ayrshire Cross Country event on Monday 25th September!

 Jack Bolland and Aodhan McGarry representing Kilmarnock Academy and Kilmarnock schools pipe band at the opening of The Cumnock  Tryst at Cumnock Town hall last night.

Non Uniform Day will also be on Friday 29th September.   £1 will be collected from you if you choose to wear non-uniform.  All proceeds with Macmillan Cancer Support.
