Lochgoilhead S1 Camp – May 2017

S1 pupils have the fantastic opportunity to participate in a residential course at The National Activity Centre in Lochgoilhead.

Pupils can experience outdoor pursuits such as abseiling, archery, climbing, kayaking, sailing, team games and orienteering to name a few.

The cost is £200 which includes accommodation, full board, activities including instruction, equipment, safety equipment and achievement certificates.

This is an invaluable chance for pupils to face new challenges and to learn to work and live with their peers.

If you have any children in 1st year, they will have been provided with an information sheet giving full details and also how to pay.

S4 Work Experience

Many of our S4 pupils will undertake Work Experience over the next two weeks.

They will have the opportunity to visit local businesses, schools, leisure facilities to name but a few where they will have the experience of working in a real working  environment. This has proved to be very worthwhile in the past and we hope everyone has a great time!

Please note that Monday 19th September may be a holiday in some establishments and pupils are reminded they should check before setting off!
