You will want to join me in congratulating Mr Neilson-Bell who was awarded the ‘Excellent Outdoor Teacher Award’ at the East Ayrshire Council O’Factor.

This is due recognition for the commitment he has shown to our young people this session.

I am sure you will agree this is well deserved!
