EAST has introduced more dynamic and diverse approaches to delivering training. We offer face to face training sessions as well as remote sessions using Teams, with presentations that can be viewed by staff at a time and place that suits them best. This is then followed up with opportunities for professional dialogue.
We offer standalone sessions as well as Professional Learning Communities in both Cookbook (staff can choose relevant sessions to attend) and Novel (staff attend all sessions) formats.
However, in order to enrich your learning and get the most from these sessions we would encourage you to:
- view our Bitesize videos with other colleagues to give you opportunities for discussion
- undertake CLPL sessions in teams or small groups to contextualise your learning
- interact with any opportunities for follow-up professional dialogue through Teams and gain further knowledge & understanding from the discussions around the learning.
All our courses are available on Gateway
