In order to provide East Ayrshire colleagues with greater flexibility in accessing professional development opportunities with a focus on Additional Support Needs (ASN) in relation to Health and Wellbeing, EAST have created a layered approach to supporting professional development.

All of these platforms are regularly updated, refreshed and reviewed in line with feedback and developments both locally and nationally.
