I hope you are having a good week and getting outside lots. Remember to wear your hat, scarf and gloves to help you keep warm outside. Miss Mair has posted a Thinking Thursday Task for you to do either today or tomorrow. We are going to continue exploring Shapes today.
How do you feel today? Are you tired, happy, sad or something else? Sometimes we worry about things and it makes our tummy feel funny, Lets look at what we can do if we are worried about something.
Enjoy all of your activities today and remember to send photos or a message to let me know how you are getting on and which activities or stories have been your favourite. E-mail me here – lcuthbertson@eastayrshire.gov.uk
How are you today? Hopefully you’re all well and doing ok. It was a lovely crisp day yesterday. Did you manage to get out for a bit of fresh air and exercise?
Your starter of the day task is a questionnaire about Remote Learning which is on the Glow Blog page.
I’m looking forward to our Teams meeting at 2.00pm (1400) for our End of Topic Quiz. Go to the Interdisciplinary channel and click on the invitation to join. You’ll need some paper and a pen/pencil.
Today’s learning programme is in the Class Materials folder pinned at the top, not in Class Notebook as there was an uploading issue. You will find the resources for today’s activities in there too. As usual, let me know if you have any problems.
How are you all today? I hope that you were able to enjoy some wintery fresh air yesterday. It was snowing here all morning but sunny in the afternoon but I still managed to go for a lovely walk in the snow although there were not too many snowmen on my travels.
This morning, before you begin your activities, please could you complete the survey on GLOW which Miss Mair has posted. You will find further down this page and it looks like this….
Afterwards you will find today’s activities in the Class Notebook (in Teams) > Content Library > P5 Resources > Thursday 11th February 2021
The link below is one which help you to complete your RME activity today. I have copied it into the Daily Task Page but sometimes there are issues trying to open links from there, so I have posted it here instead.
Thank you for all your wonderful e-mails and for sharing your work on Teams and e-mail, it is great to hear from you all.
I look forward to joining you for a Numeracy lesson at 9.45am this morning.
Well done to everyone who took part in the live lesson yesterday – it was great to hear all your different division strategies!
Miss Mair has posted a survey for Thinking Time on the blog this week so once you have registered for today, please complete and submit the survey.
Then head over to our team page for today’s tasks.
Miss Mair will be with you tomorrow which means I won’t see you again until after our wee holiday next week. I hope you all enjoy the break next week and manage to have some fun while the schools are closed.
It’s another cold but lovely day. I hope you have been managing to go outside for some fresh air or go on a nice winter walk.
When you have registered this morning, please complete the thinking time activity which has also been posted on the Blog page. This is a short survey about online learning.
We also have a live lesson today at 1:30pm. Head over to our Teams page for more details.
I have uploaded all the materials you will need for today on our MS Teams page. You will find todays activities on the Class Notebook > Welcome > Thursday 11th February 2021. You may also have to click on the three books icon at the left hand side to see these options.
All the resources that you will need for today can be found under the Files tab > Class Materials > Thursday 11th February 2021.
Have a fab Thursday and I’ll hopefully hear from you at 1:30pm.
Miss McLeish 🙂
