I hope that you are all well and that you managed to avoid the stormy weather yesterday.  I saw a few objects flying around my small garden yesterday which I tried to rescue.

Please read to the end of the document so that you can read about the P.E. , Spelling, Numeracy, Literacy and HWB activities today.   The Internet Safety presentation can be found in the HWB Channel on our Teams page.

I hope that you can all join me at 9.45am this morning for our Numeracy lesson where I will be introducing something new to you all.  Your activities so far this week have been useful for today’s lesson.

To join the lesson, open your Teams Calendar and click Join at the correct time.

Hello P6W,

Welcome to Tuesday’s remote learning.  I hope you had a great day yesterday and got out for a wee while in the sunshine.

I have scheduled a live session on Teams at 10.00am today so hopefully lots of you will join me for a check-in and some Maths games.

As usual, the work programme for the day is in Teams > class notebook > content library and the maths resource you will need is in the Class Materials folder for today.

For part of our Space topic today I’d like you to watch the video below.  There is a follow-up task in the daily work programme.

Let me know if you have any issues or questions.  Remember to submit your Giglets answers when you’ve finished and email me any finished work if you can so I can give you feedback on your learning.

Good Morning Everyone and welcome to Tuesday,

It was great to see so many of you accessing Teams yesterday.  Remember to take a look in Teams in the Files section and look for Class Materials.

In Class Materials you will find a presentation all about how to use the Assignments area of Teams.

Today, there are some more revision questions in Numeracy – this time, it’s a revision of your Division skills.   Remember to draw out the sharing boxes or arrays, if they help you to answer the questions.

The second link will help you with your Interdisciplinary activity which is all about the Circulatory System:

I hope that you will enjoy learning about the Circulatory System, it is really interesting.  This part of our, ‘Your Body’ Topic, isn’t quite so stomach churning as learning about the Digestive System was.
