Hello Primary 2B!
We have made it to Friday! First week of home learning done. Give yourselves a massive clap on the back. Remember take breaks, don’t try and complete all the work in one go. We always take brain breaks in class so make sure you are doing that at home. Could be with an alphablocks, numberblocks, some cosmic yoga or breathing exercises. Just something to break up your day.
Thank you so much to everyone who has sent in their stories this week and that emailed to let me know how they are getting on. I had a big smile on my face reading about everyone’s Christmas holiday. I’m glad you all had a great Christmas especially since it felt a bit different this year. Thank you to those that participated in Education City. Everyone that took part seems to have done very well with the activities which is fantastic 🙂
Please click below for your home learning tasks today:
Have the most wonderful day and weekend,
Miss Baillie 🙂

Happy Friday Everyone!!
Hurrah!! It’s Friday and we have just about completed a whole week of Remote Learning. It’s been an exciting adventure learning about some of the software and also to find all of the answers to your questions which I think that we all managed ok.

Hi P3
I hope you are all well and adjusting to doing your learning a bit differently. I know lots of you are working really hard so well done!
Did you manage to get some exercise yesterday? I did PE with Joe and I have to say I am feeling it in my legs this morning 🙂 Hopefully the weather will get a bit better and we can all get outside for some fresh air and to get moving.
I’ve posted your spelling words again here as you will need them for an activity today. Keep practising them ~ I’d like you to test yourself on your words tomorrow. Spelling words
I know lots of you have been on the activities I’ve set for you on Education City, try and have a look if you’ve not tried them yet. There are 2 for maths and 2 for language.
The rest of your work for today is here in the link P3 Thursday 14th January
Have a great day P3, I’d love to hear from you and find out how you’re getting on. My email is maureen.mcmillan@eastayrshire.org.uk

The video at the end of the post will help with our IDL work today
At about 11:30am, I have created a fun quiz for us to try! If we all go to the website at the same time and use the pin I will later give you on teams, we will get to play against each other. The details will be in the link above with todays date. I hope to see you there!
Remember, you can email me to say hello or to send me some of your work if you can, I’d be happy to see it!
