Message for P7 Parents / Carers only
Dear Parent / Carer,
In order to assist the move from Primary to Secondary school, Loudoun Academy will be holding a P7 Parents Evening on Wednesday the 2nd of February at 6:30pm. The purpose of this meeting is to ensure that you are made aware of the essential information that will support pupils in transitioning to Loudoun Academy.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we will be holding this session virtually – on Microsoft Teams. Below are joining instructions…
- We ask PUPILS to join the Microsoft Team. Please do not join as a parent.
- Log into Teams – preferably on the app, however the web browser version also works.
- Click “Teams” from the List (usually located on the left hand side of the page)
- Click “join or create team” (usually located on the top right)
- Select “join team with a code” and enter the following code 2no140s
- There should be a purple meeting bar within the Team at 6:30pm. Click join and this will allow you entry to the meeting.
- We kindly ask you to mute your microphone and turn your camera off once you enter the meeting.
- We will also recommend that pupils log in well in advance of the meeting in order to iron out any technical difficulties.
Please note the meeting will start promptly at 6:30pm.
