P4 – Week beginning 22.11.21 & 29.11.21

We have been very busy in P4 the last couple of weeks. For Children in Need we had an extremely busy day as were called upon by the police to help them solve a missing persons case. Poor Pudsey Bear got lost on his way home and we were asked to help find him. They gave us copies of the clothes he was wearing and the class made missing posters using lots of fantastic adjectives to describe Pudsey so that people knew who to look out for. And thanks to the marvelous posters Pudsey was luckily found! Phew! 🙂

We have been working hard on adding this Term and learning new strategies to help us add big numbers. We have also been learning how to tell the time and could practice this at home.

We also said goodbye to Mr Ballantyne last week as his short stay with us is over. We had lots of fun getting to know him and he taught us lots of new things. We will miss him and wish him well in the future! He said that he really enjoyed his time with Primary 4 and is sad to be leaving.

We are now in the run up to Christmas and will be doing lots of Christmas activities to get ready to celebrate the holiday.

Have a fantastic week everyone,

Miss Baillie & Mrs Ferguson.
