Primary 6 have been working very hard on a range of lessons and activities relating to the up and coming COP26 Conference.  We have been finding out about different climates around the world.  There are six main climate zones – did you know that Scotland is in the Temperate Zone?  In art we  used visualisation to help us create a collage on how we see climate change.

In another activity we had to use our detective skills to find evidence of climate change in a range of photographs, graphs and data – it was quite tricky but we helped each other look for clues.

Today was very exciting as it was Hallowe’en also known as Killieween!. We enjoyed coming to school dressed up and taking part in lots of Hallowe’en activities and games in the classroom.
