We’ve had a fantastic week in school. Here are some things we have been learning about:

• The seven continents and their climate zones
• Adjectives
• Place Value

For your home learning tasks this week, try to practice your place value by going onto Education City and trying your place value challenge again. The pupils have already had a go at this in class and should know how to find this task. Once logged in, go to the “classwork” section and look for the icon that says “Place Value Challenge.”

Another thing we have been working on is our spelling of common words. Here’s a list of the ones we have covered so far:

day, I, had, mum, children, made, of, my, one, him, came, called, she, have, big, oh, here, is, went, when

Try an at home spelling test this week to check if there are any we need to practice.
