Β Eat a Rainbow Month at Flowerbank ECC.

We would love for everyone to get on board: children, families and our staff!
In the Centre, we will be looking at and tasting different healthy foods (in colour groups) and discuss the benefits of eating these amazing colourful foods.6-12 March will focus on: Purple, Blue and White foods: cauliflower, parsnips, potatoes, lychees, blueberries, aubergines, grapes, blackberries, plums and beetroot… to name a few.
