“FIT FEBRUARY was a fantastic success! 🤩

We all took part in a variety of physical activities as well as completing our Daily FIT5 exercises. We even involved the residents at our local Care Homes. 😊

A massive Thank You for all of the donations we received, we look forward to putting them to good use. 😁

All children were presented with a special Certificate of Participation ⭐

We got creative and made our very own FIT5 poster. 🤩✂️🎨

⭐We plan to continue with the FIT5 exercises throughout the year as we have noticed the benefits of using this ‘brain break tool’ during our sessions.⭐

Also the purpose of the FIT February to begin with, was to raise funds for resources for our star room. I will report back with the amount we have raised and the donations we received.
