Please find information and details about a NEST opportunity being held for parents: Introduction to Neurodiversity. NEST are the providers of support , videos and information with regards children who are neurodiverse e.g. ASD / ADHD.
Parents are also welcome to attend the drop-in group in school that runs on a Tuesday afternoon from 2 – 3pm for more information.
Thank you to all of the parents who managed along on Thursday to the Base 1 open afternoon. Everyone appeared to have a great time and the children certainly loved having you there.
On Thursday 6th March 2025 it is World Book Day. We will be celebrating it throughout the day. Children should come to school in uniform. Teachers have planned book related activities and if children have used their book token (sent home in school bags Monday 24th February they can bring in their book to share with the class. If the children have a favourite book they may bring that with them.
Good luck to all our Burns Finalists who are going to Belmont Academy on Saturday 1st March to compete in the Burns Federation Competition. Remember you have already shown yourself to be confident individuals and you will be fantastic!

Galston Girl’s Football Team
The girls football team played in their first series of games yesterday and we are very proud of them. They were excellent representatives who never stopped trying in all three of the games played. They encouraged each other and even before winning had smiles just because they were playing football together. Well done girls!
