Here are the words for the Islanders:

Write the words in your jotter and underline the ‘ch’ phoneme in each one.

Choose 5 words and write their meaning – you can use a dictionary to help you.

Read this passage. Write down all the ‘ch’ words you can find. If you want a challenge then write the passage in your jotter and circle the ‘ch’ words.

Answer these questions in your jotter. Remember to write in sentences.

Copy these in to your jotter. Underline the ‘y’ phoneme.

Choose 4 words and write a sentence for each of them.

Complete these activities inĀ  your jotter.

Remember to log in to Bug Club – read a book and play some games.

Here are 2 sets of column addition. 2 digit and 3 digit. Please choose which set you would like to complete in your jotter. Feel free to do both sets. Remember if the digits add up to more that 9 you will need to regroup!
