This week we are asking you to learn and put the finishing touches to your chosen scottish poem. Our class competition will be on Thursday. Here a few tips to remember –
- Stand up tall and straight
- Head up – don’t look at the floor
- Use expression in your voice – it will make your poem sound so much more interesting.
- Say the title of the poem and the poet before you start
- Use actions and feel free to bring in props
Focus on your 3 and 4 times tables this week – write them out neatly in your jotter.
Remember to keep going with the games you have been playing, Hit the Button and Coconut Multiples.
