As well as running a programme of workshops, Medical Mavericks also produces a e-magazine which you can download for free, and a Careers Inspiration Pack focusing on some of the less well known jobs within the NHS, and their own TV channel.

Food Standards Scotland
Provides some excellent and well organised resources to use in class. Mainly focused on the H&WB aspect of food, there are still some useful lessons re food allergies, germs and bacteria.
