NHS D&G/DGHSCP is launching a new campaign to inform teenagers and young adults about contraception. This is to address the issue of young people not using contraception – or using ineffective methods – resulting in unplanned pregnancies. The campaign is being launched to coincide with World Contraception Day on Sep 26th.
It has been developed in collaboration with young people and is a direct result of partnership working by Sexual Health D&G, Education, Youth Work, Public Health and the School Nursing Team, with support from the NHS Communications Team
