We are delighted to let you know that our in person primary super 4s after school everts are back for the first time in two years!!!

Super 4s offers P4-7 pupils the opportunity to take part in 4 cross country races at various locations across Nithsdale.  Runners of all abilities are encouraged to take part, whether to improve fitness levels, improve performance or simply enjoy themselves.  All races are 1 mile (approx) with a shorter course (approx half a mile) for those who are working towards running a full mile.

We have four runs across four locations in Nithsdale (three in Dumfries and one in Thornhill) – full details can be found on the attached flyers and on our actify link where parents/guardians can also register their children.

Following the success of our virtual option during last year’s lock down, we also have a programme of virtual runs for nursery pupils up to S3.  Runners who are participating in the live super 4s are also welcome to take part in the virtual event.
