Last week p 5-6 made poems about fireworks. Some of us did the view of a person on bonfire night others did the view of a pet like a dog or a cat. I did the view of a cat .🐈😺🎇🎆 I hope you all had an a great bonfire night. We also put in some things like what smelled like some food🌭🍟 some words that sound like what they mean for example bang! 💥 And more… here is my poem.sorry that its a bit blurry.
We told people about what harvest means. We asked everyone in the audience to write down one thing they are thankful for. We got some lovely responses!….here are a few….

The harvest festival was very fun this year. We sang songs, played musical instruments, did speeches and more. 😁😃 Overall it was very fun and I really liked this years. We did what are you thankful for on a leaf.😄😃🌾🍁🌱🌽

On the November 5th we were learning about diversity of abilities.
Graham let us have a go in a wheelchair and push people in it I got to push Isla in to the library and then we went to the P5-6 classroom with Mrs little. We put on a blindfold and my teammate leaded me across the classroom then we went in the P6-7 classroom and did sign language with Miss Romay. It was lots of fun in the 👩🏿🦽 and putting on a blindfold 🧑🏻🦯
at Moniave we had a costume party for halloween
we had alot of good contestants like Matthew who was a vampire or arty who was a demegorgan and even Oscar who was harry potter
it was very fun and we had a very spooky lunch 
P5-7 made Henri Rousseau inspired art these are of the rainforest and here’s how we made them. First we made a background using crayons 🖍 then we went straight in with the paint 🎨 and no we didn’t do any thing with pencils ✏️ . Then we added some flowers 💐 and last but not least we made animals and then we stuck it on. Making theses cool pictures 😁😄😸
lesley came to Moniaive primary school and gave P5-6 biscuits and hugs it was a lovely experience seeing her again and P1-2-3-4 got some hugs.
