Today I went to the donkeys 🫏 and I pulled the tortoise in a wheelbarrow I also found out bill a cat there likes me we saw Emsa we clean a bucket 🪣 we saw a goat (which was new) we found egggs 🥚I like the donkeys 🫏

I went to Carlisle and played a really big tournament and we got to the final but we got beat on penalty’s and we were  disappointed and I got three goals and one  of the goals was my week foot and I was impressed and so was my mum and my dad was impressed  to but we mist out on the Hestone tournament

Today the gardening group went down to the Community Garden with Katie and another lady. We made compost in their new compost machine. We weighed the compost and then we had to put the same amount of woodchip in. Then we put  waste veg into the compost machine. It was fun!

We are learning about time in p1234 and how to tell the time like2 o’clock

At pupil groups we were all very busy doing lots of jobs like baking, gardening, art and crafts and the blog group. There was also a library group.

Numeracy Parents Workshop a Success!

Mrs Dalgleish came on 21th of April at our school and parents came in to hear about our Maths some children set up stations of Maths and about what we have been doing. We talked about Fractions Adding and subtracting shapes also decimals and measure. We got the grownups to play games at our stations. We explained step by step so they know what they know what we do. They learned quite Alot about what we do in maths.

On Thursday 5th March, it was World Book Day, i dressed up as ey ore and my friend was winny the pooh. We had people from the village come in and read books. I listened to Narnia and Private Peaceful.

Isla in P1 told me that she has had 7 baby lambs at her farm so far.
