P7 did a Scottish tea party on Wednesday 28th January

Arron, Josh,Jared,joey and Jaime did  the entertainment.

Cora and Willow did the food.

Everyone had lots of fun!

P,4,5,6,7 played a football league at North West Community Campus Dumfries 

On the 9th of February Josh,Cora,Tessa,Jamie,Jared,Harvey,Archie,Magnus and Ivar played a football tournament.  This was organised by Mr Law our PE teacher. We got 2 wins and 2 losses. We played against Kelloholm, Sanquhar, Dunscore, Wallacehall, Holywood, Penpont, Duncow and Closeburn.

On Wednesdays a group of children learn how to play guitar songs with Mr Orr. We play songs such as I hear thunder, Peppa pig, twinkle twinkle, row row, happy birthday, jingle bells and London bridge. It is lots of fun. I am sad because Mr Orr is retiring. I hope we will get somebody new to take over.

the p7s have been having transitions to Wallace hall we are very exited or our transition on Thursday  and hope that no one starts being sad because we are gone for a whole day

Every Tuesday a man called John Dinning comes into our class and teaches us how to use this cool app called soundtrap. In soundtrap you make music and can share it with your friends so they can listen as well. We have been doing it for about four weeks. It is so fun and we are all enjoying learning about different types of music.

Good afternoon

We are having our Christmas Party on Monday 15th of December. We will NOT be having P.E. Pupils can come into school in their party wear.

Pupils can bring in a change of clothes if they wish to change out of their party clothes afterwards.

P7s have been doing play leaders for the past few weeks.  We have

been doing this to learn leadership and also so we can set up games in the playground.

We made up tag games like rainbow tag, KFC tag, and  Mcdonalds tag we also made random games like busy bees,

The first time we did play leaders we got pillows and tried to get across the room but we had to be on the pillows and couldn’t step on the floor.

idris and Magnus have learnt how to speak different languages  idris has learnt how to speak German. Magnus was being  taught by Artem who is from Ukraine and helped magnus learn Ukrainian  he taught him how to say hi how are you.

Hi i’m Artem. I just moved to Moniaive about 3 or 4 months ago. It’s quite good in here (Moniaive),  I like this school its great.
