Today we are playing with a new programming bot called Sphero.  It is super cool and fun!! 🤩 We are all excited about this new piece of technology!!

We have a new … rainbow room!!!😄 ok ok let me explain you see when the school year started we made the p6/7 class room into the new rainbow room 🌈🌈. So yeah it’s a big change but it’s a good change. The blue couches got moved to the new rainbow room 🛋🛋. So now you know that we have a new rainbow room 😄😅 however I’m still getting used to it but I will by the end of the mouth I think well I so at least.

One of our  P5 pupils  named Aria competed in a 5km inflatable race in Carlisle airport on Saturday. She won a medal and finished the race. Aria said the best bit about it was when she got to the finish line because that has the biggest obstacle!

P4’s have been going swimming at Sanquhar Pool.

Yesterday P1-4 did PE with Mr Law and had lots of fun 🤩 We did keepy upy balloon game and hit a ballon with a bigger  longer balloon 🎈 and Oscar got a little bit sad but he’s ok 👌 now Yay 😃

This is Our Rights Steering group

This week we decided to pick our House Captains and Vice Captains for our houses.  Pupils in each house decided the candidates for each house.

P5/7  Have a new topic it is about the rainforest we haven’t learned to much yet but we’ve learned a bit like the layers  of the rainforest there is 4 different layers in the rainforest.  Something else  we leaned what a biome is. There are multiple kinds of biomes  like the rainforest  and desert theses are just some however rainforest’s are the oldest land biome in the wold  some people think that rainforests were around in the dinosaur time.
