All of the school are sad because  Mr Carter is retiring.  Any old pupils who came to Moniaive Primary School can come along to say good bye on Thursday 27th March!

We will be going on our residential trip in 1 week and 5 days to Whithaugh Park, Newcastleton, Rock UK.  I am really looking forward to it. This is the website of the place we are going to.

Whithaugh Park

On the 24th of January 2025 there was a high wind that soon went to a red warning.  The council had to close all of the schools on that day and we all had to to be doing some work  at home.  We were all ok and sometimes my WIFI kept on going off and on! It was soooooo windy!

The Snooks is a bakery in Dumfries who recently got an award for top three bakers in 2024.

Our school won a draw out of all of the schools in Dumfries and Galloway to get a visit from ‘The Snooks’

They helped us decorate  shortbread and cupcakes! It was great fun.
